The ICT4Peace Foundation entered into a partnership with  the Master of Advanced Studies in Humanitarian Logistics and Management Programme (MAS HLM) of the University of Lugano, Switzerland to develop and implement a training course on Crisis Information Management from 25 to 27 October 2010 in Lugano.

The Master of Advanced Studies in Humanitarian Logistics and Management is a part-time postgraduate program intended for professionals in the humanitarian sector interested in advancing their managerial, quantitative, analytical and decision making skills.

The first of its kind, the program was successfully launched in 2009 at the Università della Svizzera Italiana (USI) in Lugano. Classes are taught in English over a  period of 22 months. This Program is lead by Paulo Gonçalves, Ph.D., Associate Professor, Scientific Director and Research Affiliate MIT Sloan School of Management.
