On 2 October, Dr. Daniel Stauffacher President and Founder of ICT4Peace was invited to give a lecture at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP) course “Meeting the Cyber Security Challenge – 2019”. The lecture covered the positive role that ICTs can play for peaceful purposes and highlighted at the same time some of the persisting and emerging challenges and threats to cyber- and human security.
