ICT4Peace is pleased to co-organise the AI Sovereignty & AI Collaboration event on the topic of Advanced & Trustworthy AI Systems for the Benefit of Society on 7 July 2025 on the Maison de la Paix Terasse.

This networking dinner will provide an excellent platform to discuss the opportunities and challenges of AI sovereignty & AI collaboration for Switzerland, International Geneva, Europe and the World.

This event is held on the eve of Geneva’s AI for Good Global Summit (https://aiforgood.itu.int/) and following the “International Open-Source AI Builders Summit”organized by the ETH AI Center and the EPFL AI Center.

This event is organized by Swisscom and Swisscom Ventures together with the Swiss {ai} Weeks, ETH AI Center and EPFL AI Center, Geneva Graduate Institute,ICT4Peace Foundation and THE Port Humanitarian Hackathons at CERN.

Swiss {ai} Weeks AI Made in Switzerland – Swiss {ai} Weeks (Sep. 1 – Oct. 5, 2025) is a nationwide, all actors of society involving and community-driven movement designed to bring Switzerland’s first open-source AI Foundation models into real-world use. Spanning seven major cities, over five packed weeks, hackathons, AI talks, panels, online courses and hands-on workshops will be organized in more than ten cities.

We will explore together:

What infrastructure and governance models are needed for trust and scalability?
What societal value can open LLMs deliver beyond capabilities?
How can we build together across institutions and nations?
How do we activate broad communities — industry, researchers, governments?
