UN GGE – OEWG: UN ODA Cyber-Diplomacy Training Course now online

Activities, Capacity Building CS, ICT4Peace Call to Governments to commit to refrain from Offensive Cyber Operations against civilian Critical Infrastructure, ICT4Peace Cybersecurity Policy and Diplomacy Capacity Building, ICT4Peace Support to UN OEWG and UN GGE, including Programme of Action PoA, Norms of Responsible Behaviour and Confidence Building Measures (CBMs) for the Cyberspace

Just in time before the beginning of the work of the UN Open-Ended Working Group on Cybersecurity in New York (9 to 13 September), ICT4Peace is welcoming the release by UN ODA of the first of its kind CyberDiplomacy Online Training Course, which can be found here.

ICT4Peace and other experts have been invited by ODA on 4 April 2019 to review and comment on the structure and content of the online course, which contains the following four main areas:

Existing and Emerging New Threats
International Law
Norms, Rules and Principles
Confidence Building Measures
International Cooperation nun Capacity Building
