ICT4Peace was honoured to support and moderate the High-Level Panel on the Role of Norms in Cybersecurity hosted by the Government of Bangladesh and the UN Office for Disarmament Affairs (UNODA) and the Governments of Singapore, Estonia, Brasil, Germany and Switzerland. The event was held during the high-level segment of the UN General Assembly on 24 September 2018. Dr. Eneken Tikk, Senior Advisor, ICT4Peace was chairing the meeting and moderating the panel discussion. The program can be found here.

ICT4Peace has been working on the role of norms, confidence-building measures and capacity building for peace and security in the cyberspace for many years and has published several leading publications.
Dr. Eneken Tikk introduced and discussed the last publication, which was published in cooperation with UN ODA and with the support of the German Government and included a first-ever collection of commentaries on the proposed UN GGE 2015 Norms.
